If you get a smaller Mach2 check the cams.. they come with RDM's.. I found that out after rigging it on my SDM mast and swearing at the rotation..
It took a while to work it out..Dur
I've got the right ones now though so that should fix it..
If you're ordering mention what type of mast you will be using.
I picked up a Mach 2 9.4 and an M2 overdrive 7.8 today. The overdrive is very similar to the last 3 which is fine that's all I wanted. Its still very light and easy to rig and unrig.
The Mach 2 9.4 however, Wow I like what I'm seeing so far. I don't know the exact weight but it's bloody light. Very bloody light. Only 7 battens which is great for what I need but if I was a bigger stronger bloke doing a lot of slalom personally I would wan't an 8 or 9 batten skeleton. the twist is not as clean as previous sails but considering how light it is it's a trade off I'm more than willing to make.
Someone mentioned the clew pulleys. They are slightly smaller than the old ones and the 5 mm prestretched rope standard in the severne booms I have is too tight and doesn't work. I switch to some 4mm spectra which works well.
At first I thought the sails didn't come with a batten tensioner. They do, it's just in a different spot. I'm not telling where, I had to find it so you do too
So what is that bit of red string at the top of your M2
Tried the MACH2 8.6 for the first time today on the iSonic 139/85. Rigged to the settings on the sail and it felt great. Thanks to Paul for the photo.

Top shot!
What mast extn are being used with RDM on M2 & M2OD? Severne RDM extns don't have 3 pulleys or have I missed something. ?

Great pic, what was the wind speed?
Yep sound about right, that's where my 8.6 was always happiest
Hi there! A question from Italy:
Has anyone experienced any construction related issues with the psycho ? I ordered the 92 and I'm waiting for the delivery but right now I'm a bit scared of reviews from other freestylers who have been using the psycho for some months. Everyone I talked to is super happy with the performance but was complaining about deck and bottom strength. In some cases they experienced small cracks on the board resulting in water inside. I've been told that the second production batch was refined in order to fix these issues. Any truth in this ?
Thanks in advance. Massive fan and long-term user of Severne products.

The nano is on it's way. I'm selling my kode wave and I was wondering if I should give the extra set of twin fin with the kode or... anyone beleive the nano could perforn great with sets of twin!? My friend likes it in thruster, not that much in quad but never tried it in twin.

Send an email to Severne.com ... Ben and Hoops have spent a lot of time sailing this board. I am sure especially James will be able to tell you the ins and outs of using it in different fin configuration... given he shaped the board.
