if anyone can help.Been kitesurfing for about a year but I feel that my arms are always being pulled higher than my mates. I do ride with bigger kites than him but thats cos I am bigger! Is there any adjustments I can make at the setting up stage so that the neutral position is lower? Cheers

I presume you mean your arms are further away from you when the kite is flying at it's optimum.
You can pull on the trim (depower) or better still, lengthen your back lines by moving up a knot or two.
This will then give you your full trim range back, while your arms will still be closer to your body.

Move the stopper down

Seriously though at the kite pigtails, front lines to knot closest kite and longest knot on rears = essentially depowering the kite same as the trim strap.

Sounds like you're overpowered. Trim your kite properly and learn to edge you're board better will help also
