hi, I'm looking for a kite buddy preferably at Pelican Point but also flexible to other good beginner spots around Perth. I've had lessons now but could really do with some back up. I can kite on weekends and after work around 4.30pm. Let me know if interested, cheers

I'm a regular at peli point. As long as you move away from launch spot it is pretty good. Also must stay away from bird sanctuary.

Crew down there are mostly really friendly and as long as you tell your launcher you are New they will help out.

Once you launch get get away from wall and launch area ASAP as there can be a wind shadow.

Hope to to see you down there.

Michael.

Thanks very much for ur comments guys. Yep, I will probably trek to one of the beginner friendly spots while I earn my wings and aspire to pelican point which is my local for windsurfing. Anyway still looking for a buddy maybe at Melville
