Heyy allll,Happy new year
I was wondering what peoples opinions are on kite pressure for the rally
The instructions say 6 psi however ive been told go rock solid as you want structure and 6 psi wont give solid structure
is there some go low or go hard but nothing in between rule I am missing out on
I always go as hard as poss.
How about this for an idea.... try it both ways and make up your own mind

I dont wanna waste a sesh haha. I should have added im looking for more of a technical opinion on the pros and cons
I have the new rally GT and I did see that they recommend 6.
however, if you want the best out of your kite, especially in the top end of its range.
You will want to pump it hard to about 9 or even 10.
If you have the sligggy pump, just pump it till it's at the edge of the green and red on the gauge.
firm is better then soft!
Forget PSI's and pump gauges. Kite Pump gauges are notoriously inaccurate. Pump your kite until it becomes hard to fold it in half i.e. you can still bend it but you need A LOT of force to do this.
On my rally I flick my leading edge with my finger after pumping, when it produces a higher pitched ping noise its spot on.. never had an issue in 15 years doing this
