Hi,
I had no option but to buy a stick on foil mount to attach a plate foil to a board. (the board had a tuttle box)
Up until now it's been great and serviced me well.
The actual bond to the board is still stuck well but there is a section of the material they used is now taking on water and I reckon it won't be long before the material will delaminate.
Any suggestions on how to be proactive and try and fix it before it falls off?

Can't see what prevented you from adding proper tracks while keeping the Tuttle box in the middle? Plenty of boards with this configuration out there. I recently added tracks to one and can't see anything wrong if proper reinforcement are being added.
I personally think that this adhesive foil mount is JUNK. For sure the bond is strong but jeez, relying just on your board's laminate to hold it all together is asking for trouble.
Put it out for curbside collection. Cauncy might grab it.. and buy a real foilboard. No brand pimping but some are bullet proof and some will be in the bin before you can think about your next session.
I used the foil mount with my H4 and it ripped off. In some places the sticky failed and some it ripped the glass off.
My next board i still used the mount but epoxy glue and then over the top with carbon strips to spread the loads.
I think they where designed for the original foils and not for the forces of large foils
But it is still a quick way to get on the water even if u glass it on like i did
