A mate of mine is in China at the moment and dropped in to visit these guys, he is getting a custom foil made. They didn't want him taking photos of some of the paddles and boards so I guess maybe they are supplying to some legit enterprises.
he did say they don't have much good carbon fibre in China as the Japanese won't sell it to them. Dunno if that's true or not, but there ya go.
